If you have a question or are not satisfied with the care of your child(ren), we recommend that you first speak to the childcare providers or the person in charge. This way, we can work together to find a solution. If you find it difficult to discuss your question or concern directly, or if you have already raised your question or concern before and wish to reach out again, you can contact us through this form. Alternatively, you can also call us at 056 60 73 40. Our central administration is available by phone on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you still feel that your question or comment has not been addressed to your satisfaction, you can contact the Complaints Department of Kind en Gezin at Hallepoortlaan 27, 1060 Brussels.
